2025 Fellowship Retreat – Registration Information

All registrations must be completed through this website, including payment of the deposit. Mail-in registrations are no longer accepted.

An email announcement will be sent to all Fellowship Retreat members once registration opens.

Registration Process:

  • Open to All at the Same Time
    Registration will open simultaneously for both returning members and new attendees.
  • First-Come, First-Served
    Registrations will be processed in the order they are received.
    If the retreat reaches capacity, you’ll be automatically placed on the waiting list.
  • Room Availability
    Our guesthouse has 34 rooms total.
    Due to the room layout, single attendees cannot share rooms.
  • Confirmation & Payment
    Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with an attached invoice for the remaining balance.
    This balance can be paid online anytime before the retreat, or at check-in on Thursday evening.

Waiting List & Refunds:

  • If you’re placed on the waiting list, your deposit will be held until a room becomes available.
    If no room opens up, your deposit will be fully refunded.
  • Cancellations:
    • Confirmed registrations that are canceled later will forfeit the deposit.
    • Cancellations made during the week before the retreat may incur a 50% penalty, depending on circumstances.

Financial Assistance:

We understand that rising costs affect everyone differently.
If finances are a barrier, please register, pay the deposit, and then email us.
We have a small scholarship fund available and may be able to help cover part of the cost based on your situation.

  1. Choose Your Registration Option by clicking the appropriate link below:
    • Double Occupancy – for married couples only
    • Single Occupancy – for individuals
    • Commuter – includes meals only; no guesthouse room
  2. Complete the Online Form
    • Enter your personal details
    • Pay the $100 deposit per person using a debit or credit card
  3. Confirmation Process
    • Once we verify availability, you’ll receive an electronic invoice confirming your registration
    • This invoice includes a link to pay the remaining balance if you’d like to pay before check-in
    • Otherwise, the balance is due at check-in

Important Notes:

  • All payments must be made with a debit or credit card.
  • If the retreat is full when you register:
    • You will be placed on a waiting list
    • Your deposit will be retained temporarily
    • If a spot does not open up, your deposit will be fully refunded
